Customers unable to checkout Trendsi products

Due to a recent location migration on 5/12/2022, the Trendsi Shopify app is no longer showing as a third-party app fulfillment location in your Shopify store.

If you have been using Trendsi prior to the above date, you may need to add a general shipping rate if only a shipping rate for the Trendsi app was set up previously.

Customers are getting this error message during checkout:

“This item cannot be shipped to [state name]”

This is potentially caused by the general shipping rate not created for your default Shopify location.

  • In your Shopify admin, go to Settings -> Shipping and Delivery -> Shipping -> Click Manage
  • Click "Add rates" and then "Create shipping zone", and "Add rate" to set up shipping rules and charges. 
  • After adding shipping rates for your default shipping location, your customers should be able to checkout.
