Trendsi personalized store- your customers will receive an email with tracking number once the order is shipped. They can can log into their account with the phone number they registered during check out. To log in, they can go to your Trendsi store and tap on the person icon in the upper right corner.
Shopify owners- email with tracking number will be triggered automatically when Trendsi ships the order. For more information, please see this article.
