Once a customer places an order on your Shopify store, it will show up in your Trendsi account under "Orders".
Please do not click on "Order Fulfillment" button on your Shopify order page because that will interrupt the order syncing to Trendsi.
- If you do not have the "Auto Checkout" feature turned on, you will get an email from Trendsi to remind you to complete an order. The title of the email will be "Complete your Trendsi order". If you do not see it, please check your spam folder and add our email address to your safe sender list.
- Unpaid orders will have the "Checkout" button next to it. To complete the order, please payout and the rest will be automated.
