Your Shopify handle should be in xxx.myshopify.com format and may be different from your domain name.
- To locate your Shopify handle from desktop, log into your Shopify admin and you should see it in the address bar:
- To locate your Shopify handle from the Shopify mobile app:
- Go to Store tab--> Online Store--> Domains--> Shopify-managed Domains
When entering your Shopify handle, you only need to put the name portion because we prefill the https:// and .myshopify.com for you:
