Tracking for Shopify orders

Shopify tracking emails will automatically be triggered to send once Trendsi ships your order.

  • Once Trendsi ships your order, it will show up as fulfilled on the Shopify side and the tracking number will be attached to that order.
  • An automated email with the tracking number update will be triggered and sent to your customer via your Shopify store and you do not need to do anything on your end.
  • You can confirm this by going into the order details and "Timeline" section after the summary.

  • If it is a split order with multiple tracking numbers, there will be different tracking numbers associated with each part and multiple emails sent to your customer.
