Trendsi Return Policy & Procedure

Trendsi will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)
  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.


Please follow these steps for returns:

  1. Please submit your return request on behalf of your customer via Trendsi Returns Form
  2. You can also initiate a return by finding the order on Trendsi web/mobile app and click into the order details. You will see a "Return" button if the order status is delivered.
  3. Provide the return address to your customer and instruct them to send it back as soon as possible along with the original order invoice if possible.
  4. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a member from the Trendsi team will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.
  5. Please allow Trendsi 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  6. Trendsi will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
  7. Check which items were refunded

Shopify owners- when your customer reaches out to you for a return/exchange, please fill out the returns form on behalf of your customer and follow steps above.

If there was a refund processed, it will be back to your original form of payment and you will need to issue the refund to your customer on Shopify side.

If for some reason, the order is still showing "Fulfillment in progress", you can manually mark it as fulfilled and then you will be able to refund.
