Holiday Shipping Delays
- US and Overseas orders placed December 25 - January 3 can be delayed by 2-3 business days (due to carrier delays)
TikTok Shop & Other Channels
If you are selling on TikTok Shop or other channels with fulfillment time requirements, please note that order processing, including label generation and packaging, will proceed as usual. However, carrier pick-up times may be delayed due to holiday non-operation days and processing congestion.
