We have officially launched the combine order feature!
Please note- The combine order feature is only available via our web app at this time, but will be available on the mobile app in 24-48 hours.
This feature is great for combining multiple orders into a single shipment for the same customer within a 24-hour period after checkout. Combining orders that are shipping to the same address within this period can potentially save you on shipping costs.
If you are on auto-checkout, the checkout process secures the inventory even with a 24-hour delay processing for combine purposes. If you are on manual checkout, orders will still need to be paid for first before you can combine the orders to secure inventory.
When we first launch this feature, any shipping cost adjustments will come in the form of refunds and be credited back to the original form of payment. While we issue the refunds immediately, it might take up to 5-10 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account. We are also looking to optimize this experience in the future to reduce the number of refunds to charge only when packages are processed or shipped.
