Out of Stock, Restock Requests, and Notifications
Imported Out of Stock Products
If a product that you have imported to your Shopify store is completely out of stock in all variants, you will receive an automated email notification. If the product is restocked, you will also get a email notification. These are usually sent at the end of the day in the form of a summary.

If a product is entirely out of stock or only a variant that is sold out, you can Request Restock to send us the request and also be notified when it becomes available again.
Please note: If the item is out of stock in only one of the variants, you will need to click on the out-of-stock variant in order for the Restock Request button to show up. Not all requests can be fulfilled and will depend on supplier availability, seasonality, and demand.
Stock status and estimated restock date (if available) will also appear on the product details page in each listing. If an item is going to be restocked, there will be a Restocking label on the item.
For these items, you can select Notify Me When Available at the bottom of the page to receive an email with updates.
Sellers who submit a restock request will be notified via email once an estimated restock date (if available) is added and/or once the product is restocked.
