How To Get Started With Private Labeling and Branding

General Information

  • Products Eligible For Branding:
    • Currently, custom sewn-in labels, custom hang tags are available exclusively for apparel white-label products shipped from our overseas warehouse. Custom packing bags and packaging is applicable to all products shipped from our overseas warehouse.
    • You will see a Label under your brand tag for all eligible products when you click into a product detail page

  • Fast Production: With just a 10-business-day turnaround, your orders will have a personal touch very quickly.
  • Cost: You only pay for the cost of the materials. Trendsi does not charge any additional fees for storage, labor, or the fulfillment process involved in applying your branding material.
  • Processing Time: Will not be affected by branding additions. Shipping time will still be 5-10 business days.

 

 

Get Started

Please note: Creating new branding design is only available via Trendsi.com desktop

  • Go to Account --> Branding

  • Choose the branding you want and select Set up Now
  • If you have any existing branding, there will be an Active or Paused status shown

Trendsi currently offers these branding options:

  1. Custom Packaging
  2. Custom Packing Bags
  3. Custom Sewn in Labels
  4. Custom Hang Tags
 

Follow the steps within the design studio:

Please note: Options for each section will vary depending on the branding option you choose
  1. Upload your logo or input text
    • .svg files are required and we recommend a maximum of 3 colors for logos for best result 
    • Use free online tool www.freeconvert.com to help convert your files
  2. Choose color of packaging
  3. Choose logo layout
  4. Size of branding option will be shown
  5. Preview your design
  6. Minimum order quantity and price per piece will be shown
  7. Click Confirm Design once you're finished

  • Confirm everything is correct and adjust quantity as needed

  • Choose payment option and place order
    • Modifications can no longer be made after payment is complete

  • Once payment is complete, Trendsi will begin production. The status on the new design request will show as Pending

  • Once production for your branding order is complete, you will be notified and the status will update to Active
  • The Trendsi team will upload a real product photo with your first branded order 🎉

  • If inventory is low, you will be notified and easily click Add More Inventory on a design to replenish
