1. How does it work?

Once your branding order is ready, the materials are stored in our overseas warehouse and applied to all sample, dropship, and wholesale orders during the quality inspection process.

2. How much does the service cost?

The branded invoice is completely FREE. For other branding options, you only pay for the cost of the materials themselves. Trendsi does not charge any additional fees for storage, labor, or the fulfillment process involved in applying your branding material.

3. How long does production take for my branding order?

It will take 10 business days for production. Once it’s completed, the status will be updated in your Trendsi account dashboard under Branding and you will be notified via email when your first order starts receiving your custom branding.

4. Will adding a branding service affect the shipping time of my orders?

Nope! For overseas orders, the estimated shipping will continue to be 5-10 business days even with the addition of branding services. (Shipping varies by country, see Shipping Info)

5. Are all products available for custom branding service?

Only products from our overseas warehouse are eligible for custom branding.

• Sewn-in Labels and Hang Tags are available for dropship and wholesale apparel orders only.
• Packing Bags (garment) and Packaging (mailer) are available to most product categories shipped from our overseas warehouse. Categories such as jewelry are not eligible due to material or packaging constraints.

You will see a Label under your brand tag for all eligible products when you click on a product detail page

6. Can I use my logo for the sewn-in labels?

At the moment, sewn-in labels don’t support the logo option, but other services like hang tags, packing bags, and packaging (mailer) can include your logo in the design.

We’re currently working on optimizing this feature and will send notifications when it's possible to upload a logo for this option.
