If you are a CommentSold user, there are multiple ways to sell Trendsi products in TikTok Shop (TTS). We will cover all the different options below that may work the best for your business.
1. Use Trendsi x TTS App
Trendsi is an official dropshipping partner for TikTok Shop. Using the official Trendsi TTS App is the most straightforward and reliable way to sell Trendsi products on TikTok Shop. However, if you currently use the CommentSold TikTok integration to sync products from CommentSold to TikTok Shop, you won't be able to use the Trendsi TTS app simultaneously.
This is due to the current limitation of the CommentSold and TikTok integration, which automatically cancels orders containing products not synced from CommentSold. As of the date of this article (published on 10/13/23), Trendsi is actively collaborating with CommentSold to address this issue.

2. Use CommentSold x TTS Integration and sync Trendsi products to CommentSold via direct integration
With the direct CommentSold and Trendsi integration, you can add Trendsi products directly from your CS dashboard under the Dropship Catalog tab. After syncing Trendsi products to CommentSold, you can then utilize the CommentSold x TTS integration to sync and sell these products on TikTok Shop.
All Trendsi orders will be synced to your CommentSold account, which will then sync to your Trendsi account for us to fulfill the orders.
