Auto Combine Dropship Orders With CommentSold

Please note: This help article is only applicable to CommentSold users via the Trendsi<>CommentSold direct integration.

 

This feature is great for combining multiple orders into a single shipment for the same customer within a 24-hour period. Combining orders that are shipping to the same address within this period can potentially save you on shipping costs. 

 

To enable Auto Combine, go to your CommentSold dashboard --> Dropship --> Settings

  • Select Combined Shipment Hold Time dropdown and choose 24 hours

Note: As of 7/2/2024, auto combine orders is not yet available for local pickup dropship orders.
