Customer Order Process
- Your customer places an order via your Shopify store and pays the retail price you have set. You will then need to complete the order by paying Trendsi the Product Cost (wholesale price) in order for us to start fulfilling the order.
- Please do not click on "Order Fulfillment" button on your Shopify order page because that will interrupt the order syncing to Trendsi.
- Their complete order info will sync over to your Trendsi app --> Account --> Orders
- Manual Checkout:
All Trendsi accounts default at Manual Checkout, which means new Shopify orders will be unpaid. You will get an email reminder to checkout for the order so that Trendsi can start fulfilling the order (Email Subject: Complete your Trendsi order)
To checkout for the unpaid order, go to Trendsi app--> Account --> Orders--> Unpaid
- Auto Checkout:
Unpaid orders do not reserve the inventory of the product, so if an order is not paid, there is a chance the product is out of stock and you will need to refund your customer.
Turn on the Auto Checkout feature so you won't forget to pay an order.
Toggle this on/off, go to Trendsi App --> Account--> Settings--> Order Management and Save
- Once the order is paid, Trendsi will start the fulfillment process. Once the order is shipped, we will trigger a tracking email sent to your customer via your Shopify store. (The look and languaging of the email will be based on what you have set up in your Shopify store settings.)
