Trendsi partnered with SEEL and REDO, two trusted providers that make returns easier for your customers while helping you boost sales. This will help you extend your U.S. customers’ return window from 7 days to 30 days—at no extra cost to you.

 

Why Enable 30-Day Returns?

  • Zero cost to you—returns are fully covered by SEEL or REDO

 

How It Works

  1. Register an account with either SEEL or REDO.
  2. Set up return insurance in your Shopify store.
  3. At checkout, your customers will see an option to add return coverage.
    1. If they purchase coverage and decide to return the item, SEEL or REDO will handle the return—including return shipping and product cost.
This means you can offer extended returns without worrying about extra costs or logistics.

Bonus Incentives for Trendsi Sellers

When you book a meeting with SEEL or REDO, don’t forget to mention that you’re with Trendsi. You may qualify for a cash bonus:
  • $1,000 bonus for stores with 1,500+ monthly orders
  • $750 bonus for stores with under 1,000 monthly orders

FAQ 

Q. Do I need to reach out to Trendsi when my customer initiated a return request?
A. Since Redo/Seel will cover the customer's return, there's no need to reach out to Trendsi. 

Q. Do I need to manually refund my customer?
A. No. Redo/Seel will process the refund since the customer's order is ensured. This means that you still get to keep your profit for the customer's order even though it was returned.

Q. What if I do not have partnership with Redo/Seel or the customer did not opt for insurance during checkout, can they still return their orders? 
A. Yes, Trendsi will accept return of eligible items within 7-days. You can check Trendsi Return Policy for more information. 

Q. Can my customers return non-returnable items if they opt in for insurance during checkout?
A. Yes. Redo/Seel will cover returns for Trendsi non-returnable items.
