Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender. Trendsi is not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses inputted by the customer.
To avoid long wait times and potential manual errors, any package that is returned to Trendsi or has tracking status "return to sender" or "undeliverable" will automatically be refunded.
Once refunded, you can place a manual order again for your customer. For instructions on how to place a manual order can be found here or you can place a sample order.
*Please be sure to confirm that the address is correct when you place the replacement order to ensure that the package can be delivered without any further issues.
