Error Message: "Unable to Ship to this Address" or 'Product Can't Ship'
This error may occur due to a misconfiguration in your Shopify shipping rate settings. To resolve this, you’ll need to adjust some of your Shopify settings based on your Trendsi inventory locations.
Step 1: Check your Trendsi inventory locations
Trendsi App:

Mobile app: Store --> My Shopify Stores --> Store Settings

Web app: My Account --> Settings --> Connected Store --> Inventory Locations
There are two possible scenarios here:

Scenario 1: If your multi-warehouse location is disabled, add the location you’re using in your Trendsi inventory settings to your Shopify shipping rates.

Scenario 2: If your multi-warehouse location is enabled, both app locations should be added to your Shopify shipping rates.

Shopify:
- Once you've identified your Trendsi inventory locations, ensure they are included in your fulfillment locations.

This step is crucial: check the shipping zone to ensure it is set to the United States or other available countries and verify that rates are added.
- After configuring your shipping rates, refresh your Shopify store to ensure successful checkout.
