When your customer initiates a return within TikTok Shop, a return label is provided to them with the return address you have set up.
Since TikTok Shop only allows one return warehouse, we have listed two scenarios below for you to determine the best option for your business.
Scenario #1 - You are only selling Trendsi products in your TikTok Shop
If all of your products are from Trendsi, then you should use the Trendsi return address as your TikTok Shop Return Warehouse.
Go to TikTok Shop Seller Center --> My Account --> Account Settings --> Warehouse Settings, under Return Warehouse, select Add Warehouse.

Your customer's TikTok Shop return will go directly to the Trendsi Returns Department.
*Please allow Trendsi 5-7 business days from the time it arrives at our warehouse for processing.
Scenario #2 - You sell inventory from your own warehouse and Trendsi inventory
Since TikTok Shop only allows one return warehouse, we would suggest to input your own warehouse address for returns.
That means all returns will go back to your warehouse and for the Trendsi products, you will then initiate a return to Trendsi OR you can choose to resell and ship as your own product.
