Issue: Your TikTok orders with products from different warehouses (i.e. your own and Trendsi products) are combined into one order
Potential cause: Third-party apps that help manage products in your warehouse and they bind Trendsi products to the same warehouse
Solution: Check which warehouse your products are tied to by going to TikTok Seller Center -> Product -> Manage Stock -> Filter
If Trendsi products were added to your physical warehouse by mistake, you will need to delete those products and resync to the correct Trendsi warehouse.
