How to Sell Trendsi Products on TikTok via Shopify Integration

This article is applicable if you are selling on TikTok Shop through Shopify only.

There are multiple ways you can sell Trendsi products on TikTok. You can either use Trendsi x TikTok Shop direct integration or sell on TikTok via Trendsi x Shopify integration.

 

When using Trendsi -> Shopify -> TikTok Shop, you will need to enable our Multi-Location for Trendsi Products feature in order to ensure that you are selling the right products on TTS and meeting their strict shipping guidelines.

 

Follow the below steps to ensure you sell smoothly on TikTok via Trendsi x Shopify integration:

 

Step 1: Create new Trendsi US Location in Shopify

In addition to the existing Trendsi App location, create a new Trendsi US Location in your Shopify store.

 

Go to your Shopify Admin -> Settings -> Locations -> Select Add Location

Please enter the following information exactly as shown below:

  • Location name: Trendsi US Location
  • Address: 17300 Railroad St, Unit D, City of Industry, CA 91748
  • Phone: (626) 640-9865

Save your changes

Step 2: Turn on multiple warehouses in Trendsi

Before you start this step, ensure make sure you already have a Shopify store that is connected to your Trendsi account. (See How to Connect Shopify Store)

 

Go to Trendsi Account -> Settings -> Connected Stores -> Select your Shopify store

  • Toggle on Enable Multi-Location for Trendsi Products
    • Once this is enabled, you will see two dropdowns - Trendsi Overseas Location and Trendsi US Location
  • Trendsi Overseas Location: Don't make changes to this location. Most sellers have their default location as Trendsi App Location. If you have changed your default Trendsi location in the past to your own warehouse, it's okay to keep it that way. If you are not sure, please reach out to our customer support.

  • Trendsi US Location: Click dropdown to find the Trendsi US location you just added to your Shopify store
    • If you do not see the location, double check if your newly created Shopify location name is exactly "Trendsi US" case sensitive.
  • Save your changes

Step 3: Select the correct inventory synced to TikTok from Shopify

Now that you have enabled multiple warehouses from Trendsi in your Shopify store, we will sync inventory from both US and overseas locations, allowing you to sell products from both warehouses simultaneously without worry. However, when you sync your products over to TikTok, make sure you select the correct inventory location. You want to make sure you only select the US warehouse inventory to sync to TikTok.

In Shop Management, Set up mapping for pick & return warehouses mapping

Make sure you add your "Trendsi US" Shopify shop warehouse (not Trendsi App Location) as pick-up warehouse and map it to the TikTok Shop warehouse you create. If you don't have a warehouse setup in TikTok Shop, you can also create one first in TikTok Shop with the same name "Trendsi US" and the corresponding warehouse address.
