Scenario: You receive the violation above from TikTok Shop, but all your orders were shipped or delivered.
Potential cause: There was a change to the order tracking number either on Shopify or other ecom platform used
Solution: When you have your shipping settings on "Seller Shipping", any edits made to the tracking number on Shopify or other platform will NOT be synced to TikTok automatically. Therefore, you will need to also update the order tracking number manually in your TikTok Shop.
